We were headed to Chicago for the weekend to see the Plachetka family and celebrate Gram's bday when our airplane's left engine failed during take-off. We were airborn when it happened and our flight crew did a great job of getting us back to the ground safely. Following this experience, we decided to stay home for the weekend. We felt so lucky to be safe and why push it with all the weather and planes problems in Tulsa! So, to make ourselves feel better we headed to Utica Square where the kiddos got to see Santa, Daddy got a starbucks coffee and Mommy did a little shopping. Thank goodness for SANTA!
